When will my order ship?

We aim to ship orders within 1 week of the time placed.

Help! My candle arrived broken...

We've got you covered. If your candle arrives looking like someone dropped if off of the Empire State Building, please, do not hesitate to contact us at hello@inthewickoftime.com with a photo of the candle and we'll get another one out to you ASAP.

Help! My candle arrived melted...

It's rare, but still possible in this summer heat. Do not light the candle! We can walk you through fixing it at hello@inthewickoftime.com

Help! My order is wrong...

Whoops! That one's on us... just let us know at hello@inthewickoftime.com and we'll make sure you get the correct items.

What if I don't like the scent of my candle?

We do not currently take returns because of how many have been returned broken.

Why is shipping outside of the US so expensive?

We're not sure, and trust us, we wish it wasn't. International shipping prices for our products are the same, sometimes lower, than what the post charges us.

Will I be charged customs fees when ordering from outside the US? 
It is important that if you are ordering from outside of the US you are aware of the customs fees for your country. Please use an import duty calculator before you place your order. If you order and decide you do not want to pay the customs they are asking of you, shipping will not be refunded.

Can I order a custom candle?

Although we love doing custom creations, we are not currently taking any custom orders.
