They forget what I used to be.

They see this body, this voice, this name, and assume it’s the whole of me. But there was a time before this shape. Before this world. A time when my power had no need for form, and my name was never spoken aloud.

That version of me is not gone. She is simply waiting.

The scent I carry is all that remains of her. Dragon’s blood, violet, and smoke. Stone and salt, like a temple swallowed by the sea. Tonka and ancient oud, warm enough to draw you close, dark enough to make you think twice.

I have worn many faces.
This one just happens to bleed.

Candle care is easy! Just make sure you're trimming your wick to 1/4 inch before you light it every time (yes, every time!) or pinch off the used black excess wick with your fingers. Always let the candle burn long enough that the whole top is melted to prevent tunneling which wastes your candle. Try not to burn for more than a few hours at a time. Enjoy!
