I knew her scent before I ever saw her.

It found me in quiet moments... pear and lilac, sharp and bright. I’d feel it stir through the bond when I least expected it, when the distance between us ached more than usual.

Then came the rest of it. Neroli. Jasmine. Orchid. Stronger than she knew. Soft, but never fragile. She was breaking in that place, but something inside her kept reaching for more.

And underneath it all: vanilla and soft musk. Steady. Warm. A promise of something she couldn't even imagine yet.
